The Trolley Station at Hillside & Broad Avenues circa 1909. With the arrival of the trolleys in 1896 the town center, known as the Junction, moved up to Broad & Hillside Avenues from Grand Avenue & lower Fort Lee Road. The spire in the background is the first Methodist Church. The trolley on the right is coming from Englewood. |
